Police are searching for a three-week-old baby reportedly abducted in front of the Toulon, Illinois post office.

The baby was reportedly abducted by a white woman wearing yellow sweatpants. The woman reportedly took the baby in a gold or tan Buick or Pontiac car that had a back seat full of items.

The abduction happened at 8:10 a.m. Thursday, September 27, 2012.

The baby, Mia Graci Thompson, is three weeks old. Police said she was wearing a yellow onesie with a flower on the left shoulder and blue jeans with pink flowers on the cuffs. Mia weighs eight pounds and is 21 inches long.

Anyone with information about the alleged abduction should call 911 and tell the call taker they have information about an Amber Alert report.
