Des Moines Police say no charges will be filed against a bus driver accused of assault.

Several parents filed a police report earlier this week against a substitute bus driver. According to the report the driver shoved children and yelled at them during the ride home from South Union Elementary School on Monday.

Police investigators reviewed the video from inside the bus and say no charges will be filed.

The School District conducted their own investigation, and officials say they found no wrongdoing either.

The parents don’t agree, they want the driver fired.
