He’s already the longest serving Iowa Governor and now Terry Branstad is hinting at another run. When asked about the possibility, Governor Branstad responded by saying, “I love what I’m doing, so that should be an indication.”

Another clue was the governor’s birthday event earlier this month. During the campaign event, Branstad raised more than $600,000 for a possible run in 2014.

His possible opponents could be former governor, Chet Culver or State Senator, Jack Hatch. The names of both men have been circulated as possible candidates though neither has publicly stated an intention to run.
