OPEN SEAT: Clive City Council Seeks New Member

The Clive City Council is looking for a new member.

Former councilman Phil Tuning resigned on November 23rd, leaving a spot open. The council says it plans to fill the seat through an appointment process.

Any Clive resident can submit a letter of interest to fill the vacancy. It’s due by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 14th.

Interviews will be conducted at the council meeting on December 20th. The candidate selected will serve until the next election in November of next year.
