IOWA DISCONTENT: Entire Faculty Resigns

On the back of recent leadership issues at the University of Iowa comes the news that  an entire faculty committee have resigned.

The Des Moines Register reports that all 7 members of the College of Education Committee resigned Friday afternoon.

The move follows a survey showing the faculty overwhelming had no confidence in Margaret Crocco, the dean of the College of Education.

The survey also found faculty members are upset about salaries within the department.
