There was a big game of dodge ball at Ankeny High School Wednesday, with a lot on the line.

The teachers took on the students to collect donations for Toy for Tots.

Attendees were asked to bring a toy to donate as admission for the event.

The annual tournament usually pits teachers against teachers, but they decided to change it up this year, and the teachers ended up victorious.

There was also a tournament at Southview, the sophomore building.

As of Wednesday, more than 550 toys had been donated, but the collection continues until the end of the week.

The goal is 750 toys.
