The Iowa State Patrol has released the names of two people killed in an accident involving more than 30 vehicles on I-35 Thursday.

The accident happened at the 150 mile marker in the southbound lanes of I-35 just northeast of Webster City.

Sgt. Scott Bright with the Iowa State Patrol says 27-year-old Colby Duckett Bostick was killed when she was hit by another vehicle. She was traveling with her husband and infant son when their vehicle was involved in the accident.

Duckett Bostick was pregnant with twins at the time of her death. She lived in Clear Lake but was originally from Alabama.

Also killed in the accident was 43-year-old Sheila Blood of Harrison, Alabama.

Sgt. Bright says 32 vehicles were involved in the accident but only 15 of them actually had crash contact. The other vehicles slid into ditches to avoid contact.
