METH LAB: Man Arrested At Daycare

A Davenport man is accused of making meth at an in-home daycare center.

Thirty-four-year old Dale Blumer was arrested Sunday. He’s charged with manufacturing methamphetamine.

Police say meth-making ingredients were discovered inside the home. The home is used as a daycare.

Police aren’t saying whether or not children were there when Blumer was arrested.
