A Davenport man is facing up to 10 years in prison for stealing some Thanksgiving pies.
John Norton says his home was burglarized on Thanksgiving Day. He noticed his laptop, laptop case and a jar of change with over $100 in it were missing, but that wasn’t all 4 pies were also stolen.

“I’m going, you’re kidding the pies are all missing,” Norton laughed. “I don’t understand how someone like this could ruin somebody’s holiday by taking food for Thanksgiving.”

Police arrested David Fogle for the burglary. He is charged with second and third degree burglary and second degree theft, which could carry a 10 year prison sentence.

Norton was only able to get his laptop case back.
