Fred Hoiberg said he felt sick after Iowa State’s double overtime loss at Texas.

What’s the best medicine to get over that sick feeling?  Being back home against the worst team in the Big 12, TCU.

Cyclones are riding a 20 game home winning streak and were looking ot make it 21.

In the first half, already up 6, Tyrus McGee mismatched 1 on 3, but it’s no problem, lefty scoop up and in. ISU up 9.

Just before the half, McGee kicks to Chris Babb who was raining 3's all day inside Hilton. 11 for Babb and Cyclones up 36-21.

In the 2nd, the big freshman goes to work, Georges Niang with a sky hook adding to a game high 19.

More from behind the arc, McGee gets 15 points off the bench, his specialty, it’s getting ugly at 58-39.

Will Clyburn wants in on the fun adding 16.  Iowa state hits 14-threes as a team.

Cyclones hammer TCU 87-53.  ISU are now 7-5 in the conference.
