Two people were killed and one person was critically injured when a medical helicopter crashed in Oklahoma City Friday morning.

The helicopter, which is owned by air ambulance company Eagle Med, crashed into the parking lot of the St. Ann nursing home. The Oklahoma City Fire Department says no patients were on board at the time of the crash.

Witnesses say one person on the ground near the scene was injured, but a bystander pulled them to safety as the helicopter exploded into a ball of fire.

Authorities say the pilot and the nurse onboard were killed, but the paramedic survived.
