TRAIN CRASH: Semi Driver Ticketed

Boone police say a semi driver is to blame for a crash with a train Tuesday night.

Police say Mark Davis of Henderson, Texas drove his semi around a stopped train and train track crossing arms. He was hit by a second train that was blocked by the one stopped on the tracks.

No one was hurt in the crash.

Davis was ticketed for failure to yield at a railroad crossing.
