Tuesday morning, Waterloo police interviewed 34-year-old Kristie Clark-Richardson in the death of 38-year-old Keon Dale.

Police say just before midnight Monday, they were called about a man down on the front steps of a home on Quincy Street. When they arrived, officers found Dale unresponsive, with what appeared to be stab wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Clark-Richardson was identified as a suspect in the case and following an interview with police, she was charged with Dale’s murder and arrested.

A $1 million bond has been set in the case.
