Seth Techel was back in court Monday afternoon.  Prosecutors asked the judge for a change of venue for his second murder trial

Techel is accused of shooting-and-killing his pregnant wife, near Agency last May.

The judge declared a mistrial in his first trial last month.

Prosecutors hope to move the trial out of Wapello County, but no official decision on venue change was made Monday.

The judge did say he was inclined to approve a move, but wanted to wait and hear about court availability before deciding on a county.
