Cold and Windy…Heavy Snow Too Close for Comfort

The wind was whipping the rivers, lakes and puddles across central and especially southern Iowa today. Gusts topped out near 40 mph this afternoon.
The wind will start to die down by Midnight. Tomorrow is going to be calm…warmer with no chance for measurable rain until late evening and again Sunday.Weekend
