UNPAID OVERTIME: Legislators Continue Work

Legislators headed into overtime on Monday, but that didn’t seem to encourage any voting in either chamber.

Both the senate and the house convened for only 5 minutes on their first day of unpaid work.

There were no votes in either chamber, but committees did hold meetings.

The legislature still needs to pass a budget and make decisions on education and property tax reform.
