Isolated showers will continue moving out of southern and eastern Iowa this evening. Temperatures will drop to the mid-50s overnight. Thursday will be another mostly cloudy day with cool highs, reaching close to 70 degrees. A few showers may develop in eastern Iowa.

There will be a gradual warm up heading toward the weekend. Temperatures will be back in the mid 70s by Saturday with more sun. It is short lived because another round of showers and thunderstorms returns Saturday night through Sunday.
