Organizers of Des Moines’ summer concert series won’t let a little water put a damper on their plans.

The Nitefall on the River Concert will feature folk-rock band Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros Wednesday night. The band was supposed to play at Simon Estes Amphitheater, but due to flooding the band will play on the Walnut Street Bridge instead.

Organizer say the show will go on rain or shine.

You can enter on the west side of the bridge only, gates open at 6:30 p.m. and the show starts at 7:30 p.m.
