It happened just after 8 a.m. Friday morning at a farm pond in Waterloo.

When the Black Hawk County sheriff’s office arrived they found a middle age man dead.

An autopsy is scheduled by the state medical examiner’s office.

The victim’s name isn’t being released at this time.
