ARSON CASE: Sentencing Friday For Former Firefighter

A volunteer firefighter convicted of arson will be sentenced Friday.

Nineteen-year-old Brett Graham’s Boone county sentencing is set for noon.

Last month a jury found him guilty of second degree arson for setting a barn on fire in January. The fire killed 12 horses.

Graham is also accused of setting three other fires in Story County. The trial for those charges is set for October 1st.
