Casey’s is opening a new store Thursday, but you won’t find a gas pump out front.

It’s called Pizza Express and the storefront is in Pleasant Hill at 1240 Copper Creek Drive. The store employs 20 people and focuses on carryout and delivery service from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. seven days a week.

Pizza is offered whole or by the slice. The menu also features fountain drinks, breadsticks, pasta, and chicken wings.

The shop will also include a self-serve frozen yogurt bar.

Casey’s leaders say the idea came about shortly after they introduced pizza delivery in January, which catapulted the company’s pizza sales. If┬áthis store does well leaders say you can expect to see more Pizza Express shops in the future.
