Iowa City voters get to decide again this fall if they want to allow underage patrons into bars.

Three years ago, voters decided that only those 21 and older can be in bars after 10:00 p.m.

Two bar owners challenged the ordinance and delivered a petition to the council asking for 19 and 20 year olds to be allowed in as well.

Tuesday night, the council agreed to put the question on a November 5th ballot.
