The Cyclone football team takes the field this fall to unprecedented support from Iowa State fans.

For the first time, season tickets are sold out. That meant single season tickets and mini pass packs were highly sought as they went on sale Wednesday.

Fans lined up early for a shot at all games, except Iowa, which is completely sold out.

Worrying about tickets is new for Cyclone fans.

Fan, Richard Whitefield was in line, ā€œIā€™m looking forward to it as many other people are evidently!ā€

The ticket release came on the same day as NCAA basketball attendance figures were released.

Iowa ranked 21st in the nation with 13,625 fans and 88% capacity.

Iowa State ranked next at 22nd with 13,393 and 93% full.
