A retired Linn County farmer is donating $2-million to Iowa State University.

Leonard Dolezal’s gift will help pay for renovations at Curtiss Hall.

The College of Agriculture and Life Sciences will recognize the gift by naming the building’s auditorium in honor of him and his late wife Evelyn.

Renovation work on the 104-year-old hall began back in 2007 and continues today.
