Three arrests have been made in connection with a Des Moines warehouse fire that was set on fire last week.

The Des Moines Fire Department says the fire at the old Taylor Recycling plant at 1422 Scott Avenue was the result of arson. The fire was started last Thursday and burned through the weekend, with firefighters finally extinguishing it on Sunday.

Investigators conducted interviews with witnesses and suspects and have arrested two juveniles and one adult. All three are charged with second degree arson.

Twenty-year-old Kristopher Duff is being held in the Polk County Jail. The names of the juveniles have not been released.
