Burglars broke into the Iowa football players’ locker room during the Cy-Hawk game at Jack Trice Stadium on Saturday.

Iowa State Police said that personal items were missing when the Hawkeye team and staff came back to the locker room after the game.

The break-in happened while a sell-out crowd watched Iowa beat Iowa State 27-21.

University officials said they cannot comment on the case because it is an ongoing investigation.
