Republican State Party Chair AJ Spiker wants to push back the party's convention a month to July next year. He argued that it is necessary in case no Republican U.S. senate candidate gets the necessary 35% to win on primary night.  Some Republicans are suspicious of this move, think it is a big mistake and want Spiker to resign.  Republican strategist Dave Kochel , who led Mitt Romney's 2012 Presidential campaign efforts in our state, is the first to call for Spiker to step down.  He tells Channel 13's Dave Price why in this first segment of The Insiders.
