The trial of a former Boone County firefighter has been delayed.

At just 19-years-old, Brett Graham was charged with three counts of second-degree arson.

Graham’s trail has been moved from October to December.

Earlier this summer, a judge convicted Graham of arson in a separate case.  He was convicted for a fire that killed 12 horses in an Ames barn.

Graham received a 10-year prison sentence and was ordered to pay $27,000 in restitution to the horses’ owners.
