SEVERE WEATHER: Tornado Watch Scaled Back

A tornado watch covered the western half of Iowa for much of Friday evening before the storms headed northeast out of the state.

The same storm storm system created very large tornadoes in northeast Nebraska and northwest Iowa.

Highs on Saturday will be in the lower 60s. It will be windy. Gusts will be over 30 mph.

Sunday will be cool as well. It will be sunny and breezy.

Next week looks quiet with temperatures warming back to the lower 70s.
