Jeremy Gartin, 30, is charged with first degree murder and carrying a concealed weapon. Max Nelson Jr. is charged with accessory after the fact, theft and abuse of a corpse.

Three others, Douglas Cadotte, Alexah Mauskemo and Bradd Quigley were taken into custody Thursday as material witnesses. Mauskemo and Cadotte were initially released, but now Cadotte is back in jail on an unrelated traffic charge.  Quigley remains in custody.
