Major tire producer Michelin announced it will be recalling more than one-million tires.

The manufacturer announced it would recall 1.2-million tires sold in the U.S. because many of the tires were showing tread loss or rapid air loss.

Some of the tires made between January of 2010 and June of 2012 were used as the stock and replacement tires for trucks, vans and SUVs.

You can either call your dealer or visit Michelin’s website to find out if you have the recalled tires.   Tire owners can have the recalled ones replaced at Michelin retail store free of charge.
