Highs today climbed to near 50 degrees in Central Iowa, with near 60 degree temperatures in Western Iowa! A repeat is expected on Saturday before big changes arrive.

By Saturday night a cold front will drop into the state, and will bring a chance of flurries for Sunday morning. This will also allow our temperatures to only reach the teens for highs and below zero for lows.  Bitterly cold wind chills in the 15 below to 30 below range can be expected late Sunday night into Monday.
