OWI OFFENSE: State Senate Candidate In Jail

A former Iowa lawmaker and current Statehouse candidate is in the Polk County jail.

Anthony Bisignano was sentenced Monday for second offense OWI.

The 61-year-old was arrested last October.

Bisignano is running for the State Senate seat being vacated by Jack Hatch who is running for governor.
