Call it the Affordable Care Act or Obamacare, the government's healthcare insurance programs are now programs that millions of Americans use to receive health insurance.

Des Moines Attorney and Chairman of the Iowa Democratic Party Scott Brennan said that while the program is by no means perfect, it does provide a good option for millions of Americans.  Brennan said the program allows people to work less or quit positions they previously held for the sole purpose of receiving healthcare from their employer.
