NEW REPAIRS: Mile Long Bridge Gets Ready For Construction

Some people in the northern suburbs will soon need to find a new way to get to work.

The Iowa Department of Transportation announced it is planning to close the Mile Long Bridge at Saylorville Lake soon.

Repairs for the bridge are scheduled to begin in April.  The work is expected to be finished in time for a Memorial Day open.
