The mother of one of the eastern Iowa girls who was kidnapped in 2012 and found dead months later has been arrested again.

Misty Morrissey’s latest arrest came Monday for violating her pre-trial release.

The 37-year-old was arrested in November, 2013 in West Union after a search warrant discovered Morrissey allegedly had methamphetamine and marijuana in her home. Officers also located a large amount of cash, digital scales, packaging, and other evidence of a distribution operation.

The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office says Morrissey’s pre-trial release was revoked for several violations including use of controlled substances.

Morrissey is being held in the Fayette County Jail on a no bond warrant. Charges are still pending from her November arrest.

I or anyone else needs to have ZERO sympathy for these people.
They were dopers before their child was murdered and still are dopers.
Are they that dumb not to know they are being scrutinized and under the proverbial microscope each and every day by law enforcement?

    I LOL at them.

These idiot parents will never learn or change. Can’t fix stupid , I guess. Somehow I believe those poor little girls paid the price for dumb choices made by adults.
