An arrest has been made in a weekend drive-by shooting in Des Moines and the suspect is no stranger to police.

Eighteen-year-old Daijour Hall is charged with felon in possession of a firearm in connection with the Sunday night shooting. It happened near 10th Street and Jefferson.

A couple who live in the neighborhood reported hearing about five shots and that some of the bullets had hit their home. One witness says the occupants of two cars were firing at each other.

No injuries were reported.

After an investigation authorities arrested Hall.

He was released on parole in November after pleading guilty in a shooting in 2011, when he was 16-years-old. He was charged with attempted murder for shooting 18-year-old Kevin Jenkins in a parking lot near 6th and College. He pled guilty to a lesser charge in the case, willful injury.
