That’s horrible!!! Poor little kid just wanted to go on the playground but sick criminals probably just ruined his childhood. Poor kid. These generations are having more troubles as they go along.

Thankfully he’s young enough that he likely won’t remember. Unfortunately the parents certainly will. It’s awful to ruin an child’s innocent fun by doing something so evil and heartless.

people always say that kids now-a-days stay inside too much. Between kidnappings and razor-bladed parks…what next? Thanks, I’ll stay inside and read to my child. The saddest part is it was probably a teenager who did this, which brings up so many other questions. What did YOUR parents do to make you become THIS monster? I’m scared that the next generation cannot take care of us that have taken care of past generations. #frustratedmomma

Why would anyone want to hurt innocent children? I don’t know what this world is comen to our kids r not safe to do anything. So sad we have to to live like this not knowing if our children is safe .

So this toddler grabbed bars..well beyond his reaching height. Which Means his father had to hold him up to be able to grab the bar in the first place.. Stevie Wonder could have seen those blades…this story is a fraud..either the father did it himself, or it’s being used as an excuse to Continue the police state agenda..

@Michelle Elaine: I read an update for this story, it was a teenager who did this. Two in fact, a 14 yr old; & a 19 yr old. Ppl are always saying that kids should get out more often, but every time they do, we end up reading about some poor kid who was kidnapped, shot, attacked by a dog; or something worse! Quit making me feel like a bad mom for not taking my kid out more often. This is why we stay indoors, where I know she’s less likely to get hurt..

Merula? Kids SHOULD get outside more often. The Problem is? PARENTS/Child Care Providers? Should Be OUT there with their children Playing with them. Not send them outside to play alone. THAT IS THE PROBLEM. Where I live? There are Kids from the age of 6 yrs. old up to 10 yrs. old? .. Their Parents Sent them outside to play .. ALONE. No one is watching them. What are they doing? Causing trouble. Carrying around the biggest sticks they can find, roaming the neighborhood .. Causing chaos. Beating on buildings, houses, each other. Tearing up garden areas, you name it. There are to Many “What ifs” when you let your child go outside without Supervision. These Kids? Are the ones that end up doing things like this.
