Governor Branstad says he will sign a bill to give the Knoxville Raceway a tax break.

The rebate would last for ten years or until $2-million in taxes are returned.

The Knoxville Track plans to use the money to help pay for an expansion.

The governor will sign the bill Tuesday at the track.

Last month he signed a similar bill, but a much larger incentive for the Iowa Speedway in Newton.
