Gov. Terry Branstad will sign off on a major tax break for the Knoxville Raceway Tuesday designed to help fund improvements.

The bill allows the raceway to keep up to a million dollars in sales tax over the next ten years.

Improvement plans are still being finalized. Some of the ideas include a new entry plaza and skywalks, additional skyboxes, a rooftop terrace, and offices.
