We need fewer safety regulations in this country and less people to enforce them. They are costing people their lives….I mean jobs.

Your attempt at sarcasm is ironic and lame at best.
There are already plenty of state and Federal OSHA agencies working all over the place. Believe me they will be on this accident as they do when serious or fatalities occur.
The guy fell out of his bucket or was catapulted out ( does happen) Probably not tethered off or untied his safety harness ( big no -no in any lift).
Sad to hear about it and this was avoidable.

      Mr. Denison,
There is a family grieving over the unnecessary death of a loved one. Your words are not helpful.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family of this worker. I am a lineman and think often of the possibilities of such situations. We face great dangers and risks every day. To this family, may you find Strength and Peace in the midst of this great loss.
