Nancy Sebring (WHO-HD)

Attorneys for the Des Moines School District and its former superintendent will be back in court Friday.

Nancy Sebring is suing the district, a school board member, its attorney and its communications director. She claims they deliberately leaked personal, sexually explicit emails to the media two years ago.

The emails, sent from her public school email account and at times during work hours, led Sebring to resign ahead of schedule. She had already announced she was leaving to take a position with Omaha Schools.

The judge in the case will hear arguments on several motions.

The case is scheduled to go to trial in November.
