Where has DM/State leadership been for these people? They can stop people from fishing but can’t tackle the hard issues.

The city has twice the number of uniformed officers in this area as other parts of the city and a special task force every summer to try to reduce violence but a small % of thugs are the cause of the problems. So ther is leadership but people hasve to take that leadership and help themselves.
