Search Underway for Missing Prisoner

DES MOINES, Iowa — The Iowa Department of Corrections is asking for the public’s help to find a prisoner who did not return to a work release facility.

Dexter James-Lloyd No Ear, 25,  failed to return from a Sioux City work release facility.

In 2009 No Ear began serving a 30-year sentence for assault on a peace officer with intent of injury, prohibited acts, interference with correction officer causing bodily injury, and theft second degree. Officials say No Ear got transferred to work release June 6th.

Ear is described as American Indian with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5′ 7″ tall and weighs 164 lbs. If you have any information on his location, you are asked to call police.
