DES MOINES, Iowa -- This week Sarah Pratt got to work sculpting butter for the Iowa State Fair.

Pratt says she started a little earlier than normal this year. On Sunday she spent about three hours in the Ag Building coolers with her ten-year-old twins.

The girls wanted to help put the butter on this year and they were away at camp during the week. Pratt says with their help she thinks she'll finish the cow Tuesday, which is way ahead of schedule.

Then she'll get to work on a montage to honor the 25th anniversary of the movie "Field of Dreams."

“I’m still working on the frames and figuring out how to make corn out of butter, so haha it's going to be a challenge,” says Pratt.

Pratt says she'll be working on the “Field of Dreams” sculpture right up to the start of the fair on August 7th.

She says one of the things she's most excited about this year is bringing her two-year-old to see the animals.
