AMES, Iowa – A woman is behind bars after an early morning stabbing, Thursday.

The Story County Sheriff’s Office was called to a mobile home at Crestview Mobile Home Park on West Lincoln Way just after 2 a.m.

Authorities say an argument started between Lari-Jo Henry, 40, and Clarence Morrow, 58. Henry allegedly threatened Morrow with a knife. Morrow fell from the mobile home’s steps and struck his head and knee.

A bystander, Sean Pollard, 25, went to help Morrow but was stabbed in the forehead by Henry. The cut was superficial.

Morrow was taken to Mary Greeley Medical Center. The stabbing victim refused treatment.

Henry was arrested and is being held in the Story County Jail on weapons and disorderly conduct charges.
