Cyclones don’t mind ‘low expectations’ talk

AMES - Iowa State held their annual football media day on Sunday at Jack Trice stadium, a chance for players to talk to any and all media while posing for pictures in their uniforms.

The Cyclones are coming off a 3-9 season, expectations for this upcoming season aren't much higher.

Most national media outlets have ISU pegged for next to last in the Big 12.

Cyclone players feel they have talent, and can surprise many teams this year

    So are you Cyclone fans still “Sooo Proud” of your less-than-mediocre program? This is what you fired McCarney for? At least McCarney had a couple of seasons where ISU was in the hunt for a Big 12 Division title late in the season. Coach “So Proud” Rhoads hasn’t even come close to having a good season.
