Texas Men Arrested on Forgery Charges in Urbandale

URBANDALE, Iowa — Three men from Texas are in the Polk County Jail after police say they were caught with counterfeit money.

Urbandale police say they were called to a report of suspicious behavior Tuesday afternoon. When they responded to the call, three men took off running.

Edwin Chandler, Charles Ashley, and Tony Taylor all of Houston, Texas are being held on four charges of forgery each. Two of the men are also facing interference with official acts charges.

    Thank goodness they didn’t beat up a cop and smash his face. Otherwise we would have riots here like in St. Louis
