CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa -- Iowa Hawkeye football coach Kirk Ferentz has his critics, but also his fans.

Brian Truesdell takes that fandom to another level. Truesdell shows his support for Ferentz, for life, in his tattoos.

Brian started simple. First Ferentz’s face, then Hayden Fry`s. There`s no going back now, Brian`s Hawkeye pride is on permanent display.

Brian put Iowa`s Mount Rushmore on his leg two years ago, but now his photo is everywhere, ESPN, BTN, and weekly press conferences.

Of course, why not? It`s the ink that separates Brian Truesdell from the other die hards.

It won't surprise you to learn Truesdell fully supports Ferentz, and thinks quarterback CJ Beathard deserves a shot.

Truesdell does not have plans for a Beathard tattoo. Yet.
