A train car derailed at the ADM soybean processing plant in Des Moines (WHO-HD)

DES MOINES, Iowa – A train car derailed on the east-side of Des Moines Wednesday morning.

The incident happened at about 4 a.m. at an ADM soybean processing plant on East Euclid Avenue.

The empty rail car left the tracks and almost reached the road. The car was moved back by 9 a.m.

No one was injured.

The company says its investigating the cause of the derailment.
